Juan Les Pins is a picturesque and vibrant coastal neighborhood nestled along the French Riviera, just a stone's throw away from the iconic city of Cannes and pleasant Antibes.

The neighborhood is renowned for its stunning beaches, including Plage de Juan Les Pins and Plage de la Salis, offering an idyllic setting for sunbathing, swimming, and engaging in various water activities. Yolo beach is located less than 100m away from the apartment, which makes it the perfect retreat for a beach holiday.

Building

This holiday rental apartment is located in a secure gated complex, nestled behind the main beachfront. 

Access to the apartment is convenient and secure, ensuring a worry-free and relaxing stay.

The apartment is located on the 1st  floor, with access possible by elevator.

The residence has approximately 15 private parking spots, available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is also possible to park along the beachfront (free in the winter).  

 

Living Area

Step into the spacious and tastefully decorated living area, flooded with natural light streaming through large windows.

The open-plan layout seamlessly combines the living, dining, and entertainment spaces, creating an inviting and social ambiance. Plush sofas and stylish furnishings provide the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the company of friends and family. 

A flat-screen TV and high-speed internet access, ensure guests stay connected and entertained throughout their stay.

The large walk-through windows open onto a charming outdoor space – the terrace can seat up to 4 guests. Here, you can enjoy a meal al fresco, or simply take a moment to watch the seagulls whilst you sip your morning coffee.

A reversible AC unit promises cool evenings indoors in the height of the summer and comfortable nights-in, in the winter.

 

Kitchen

The open-plan design of the kitchen seamlessly integrates with the living area, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. Fully equipped, it boasts modern appliances, countertop space, and sleek cabinetry, making it a functional and visually appealing area for cooking and entertaining. Find an oven, fridge-freezer, 2-ring electric hob and microwave – everything one needs to be able to enjoy wonderful meals at home. 

Bedroom

Find a comfortable double bed (150cm) adorned with soft linens and plush pillows, promising a restful night's sleep. Natural light streams through the window, illuminating the space and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The tasteful decor and thoughtful attention to detail add a touch of elegance, while ample storage options ensure convenience and organization during your stay.

 

Bathroom & WC

The bathroom in this apartment strikes a balance between space and functionality. It offers a comfortable and well-designed area for your daily needs. With a toilet and a walk-in shower equipped with a rain head, guests can enjoy a pleasant rinse after a day at the beach. The presence of a towel heater adds a touch of convenience and ensures warm towels are readily available. This thoughtfully designed bathroom combines both style and practicality, providing a pleasant environment for your daily routine.

-- Beach towels are available in the holiday rental property, but must be left clean, ready for the next guest. Otherwise, a supplement of 15€ per beach towel will be charged via credit card upon departure.

  

Security Deposit & Rules

-- Security Deposit: 500€ blocked by Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs

-- Smoking outside on the terrace is permitted. Smoking inside is not permitted.

We really enjoyed our week in Antibes, being so close to the beach and walkable to nearby restaurants and old town. The apartment was well equipped to make simple meals or relax on the couch. However, it’s important to note the parking is shared with the entire building and is not guaranteed. street parking comes with a fee so it is important to read the fine print if you’re planning to have a car. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a simple beach getaway

Super location. 50 m from the beach. Apartment is perfect, clean and everything is present. There is room for the car but the number of places is limited.

We would definitely use this as a base to explore the cote d’Azur again. Check in was easy, Catherine met us at the house and was there to let us in. She gave us recommendations and her phone number just in case we needed anything. This place was such an incredible find in terms of location. The train station was a 10 min walk, and the beach across the road from the apartment. The flat even had parasols and beach towels to use. The town is lovely and very safe and lots of great bars and restaurants The shower was lovely, rainfall style and the bathroom and kitchen were spotless with everything you would need. Working air con and WiFi also Check out was simple and we also had the option to leave our bags there for the afternoon as there were no guests checking in that day. Highly recommend this place.
