Neighbourhood

When it comes to Nice’s prime locations, there are three places one does not want to miss: the beach, Old Town, and la Coulée Verte. This holiday rental apartment offers privileged access to these favourite areas.

Wake up and open the window to overlook Nice’s largest green space, a beautiful park named la Coulée Verte. Steps away, is Place Masséna, a place to enjoy a freshly squeezed juice or creamy cappuccinos.

Head South and find the Old Town in a matter of minutes, with all its artsy shops, charming streets and a variety of restaurants, cafés, pubs and clubs.

The famous pebbled beaches of Nice are located just five minutes walk from this gorgeous vacation rental. Find a variety of shops surrounding the area, as well as a ‘boulangerie’ just ten meters away from the apartment. Perfect for those breakfast croissants!

A tram stop is located just a 1 min walk away from the holiday rental  apartment, and links to most parts of Nice, in a matter of minutes. From there, get to the port in three minutes, or the main train station in six minutes.

Building

Bo, a self-catering holiday rental apartment in Nice, is located in a typically Niçois building, just off la Promenade du Paillon. The apartment is on the 3rd  floor.

The building is well maintained.

There is no lift, with about 50 steps to reach the 3rd  floor, and this fantastic vacation rental apartment in Nice.  

Apartment size is 50 sqm.

 

Living Area

Solid wood beams and striking white décor, with large windows offer the most perfect, fresh modern Scandinavian feeling one can dream of.

This lovely one bedroom short-term vacation rental boasts all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel, including comfort, space, and the latest upgrades.

The living area is open plan with dining and kitchen area. Bright and modern, it provides a great space to relax in after a busy day of exploring.

There is a circular dining table and three Scandinavian-style chairs for convenient quick bites, lazy brunches or animated evening feasts.

Find a comfortable sofa to sink into whilst enjoying a film on the flat screen TV, or transform it into a double bed to accommodate two extra guests.

The large windows open onto a small balcony, where you can find two small chairs and a coffee table. Soak in some sun, whilst watching the locals go about their affairs.

*The sofa can also be transformed into a double 140cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably. 

  

Kitchen

This Nice apartment's kitchen is stylish and well equipped. Find an oven, two-ring hob and microwave. There is a half-fridge, as well as all the utensils you could need to put together meals with the tempting local ingredients. It’s the perfect time to try your hand at the art of French Mediterranean cuisine, and the most delicious of them all, the Niçois specialities!

The kitchen unit also has a washing machine with built-in dryer.

 

Bedrooms

Retreat to the bedroom. Whispy white linens, solid wood beams and the simple artwork successfully contribute in creating a very natural feel to this cosy space.

Add to the interior design, the comfortable double bed (140cm), and you have the ultimate nest where one can happily make their way to dreamland.

Bedside tables can be found on each side of the bed. There is also a double fitted wardrobe with full-length mirrors.

A second double fitted wardrobe stands in the corridor between the bedroom and the bathroom, for additional storage space.

Stylish and modern in hues of cream and dark brown, the bathroom of this vacation rental in Nice is fitted with a large walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and wooden vanity unit with large mirror.

Wir haben uns im Bo vom ersten Moment an wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und es war ein bisschen wie ein Zuhause in Nizza. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und einfach toll. Es fehlt einem an Nichts und man kommt immer gerne nach Hause, sogar zwischendurch mittags. Es gibt in der Umgebung alles, die Lage ist perfekt. Wir wollen in Zukunft immer im Bo wohnen, wenn wir in Nizza sind. Auch die Vorabbetreuung und die Nachrichten zwischendurch von Sunlight Properties waren so nett, hilfreich und man hat sich toll betreut gefühlt. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Where can I start ? An absolutely stunning apartment in the old town nice. Close to the supermarkets and more importantly, patisseries . We enjoyed our stay so much we're already talking about returning. Maria who met us at the apartment kept us up to date with messages until we arrived and also helped with a small issue we had on the first night. Beautifully presented and clean. Definitely recommend.

Clean! Location! The location is great as you have a landmark across the way to assist in navigating. Great bakery a few yards away and the tram is just a little further to get you to New Nice or the train station. Loved the balcony each morning and evening.

This place is fabulous for 2 persons ... central to everything ... shops all around you, the fabulous old town, 5 mins to the beach, beautiful gardens opposite and the promenade de Anglais ... we are loving it here ... eating too much and drinking just a little to much ???? ! just enjoying sitting on the balcony in the early evenings people watching and enjoying the sunset with a gin and tonic before heading out for dinner in the old town right on the doorstep ... it’s bliss ... great apartment it’s got everything you will need and is absolutely spotless and so so central ...can’t recommend it enough we will be definitely coming back!

This property is great for a couple or a family of 3. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights; one best parts is the provided complimentary airport pick-up or in our case, airport drop-off. Also, a lovely bottle of red wine was provided as well as dish washing towels, detergent, bath towels/ linens, and beach towels. Check-in and out was quick and easy. The location is great, in the middle of everything with a small balcony overlooking the park. There are various cafes and restaurants below which makes meal time planning easy. The apartment was not too loud as we suspected it might be based on the location. This property is close to the Monoprix, Old Town, park, the sea, tram stations, and art museum. The space is small but equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher for making meals, if desired, and extremely clean. It is located on the third floor which translates into climbing multiple flights of stairs but we found this to help since we ate so many pastries and breads.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr gut am Rand der Altstadt und in 100 m Entfernung befindet sich die Trambahn. Von hier kommt man für nur 1 Euro pro Fahrt zum Place Massena oder zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Gegenrichtung ins Cimiez-Viertel und genauso schnell wieder zurück zur Wohnung. Am liebsten bummeln wir abends noch einmal kurz durch die Gassen der Altstadt oder zum Hafen und setzen uns an das Meer. Ein großer Vorteil von Nizza ist auch die Bahnverbindung. Mit dem Zug ist man zu einem günstigen Preis unproblematisch in Monaco oder Menton oder auf der anderen Seite in Antibes oder Cannes.

Wie immer wurden wir am Flughafen mit dem Shuttle-Service abgeholt und kamen ganz entspannt an unserer Wohnung an. Hier wartete wieder unser Agent Maria zur Übergabe der Wohnung - mit Sunlight läuft hier alles perfekt. Wir kannten die Wohnung schon vom letzten Jahr und freuten uns schon auf die zentrale Lage mit dem kleinen Balkon direkt an der Altstadt. Gleich um die Ecke findet man jede Menge Lokale und Supermärkte, die jeden Tag geöffnet haben. Direkt neben unserem Hauseingang hat ein japanischer Sushi-Laden eröffnet. Wir haben uns Essen "a la maison" geholt und waren sehr zufrieden. Mit der Tramway, die nur 100 m von der Haustüre entfernt hält, kommt man alle 3 - 5 Minuten Richtung Place Massena oder zum Hauptbahnhof und das für nur 1 Euro pro Fahrt. Auch im nächsten Jahr wollen wir wieder hierher kommen!

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of nice old town. Exactly what we were looking for. Sunlight properties were excellent too...picked us up from the airport as planned and got us settled into our apartment with sheer ease. Clean and spacious with a fantastic little balcony overlooking the park perfect for sitting out on with a glass of wine in the evenings and watching the world go by!

Bo est un appartement très agréable. Il a été entièrement rénové récemment avec goût. Une cuisine bien équipée donne sur un grand séjour avec des murs blancs et de belles poutres au plafond. La salle de bain offre une douche à l'italienne. Des fenêtres double vitrage protègent de tout bruit extérieur. Un petit balcon permet de déjeuner dehors tout en observant la ville qui s'éveille. L'appartement est très bien situé au bord de la pittoresque vieille ville avec ses nombreux restaurants et de la promenade du Paillon, qui mène en quelques minutes à pied à la belle place Masséna et à la promenade des Anglais avec ses plages. J'ai déjà fait plusieurs locations à Nice. C'est Bo qui m'a le plus charmé.

Loved this apartment and will definitely be going back. Nice is a wonderful city and LEGEND is located in a perfect location with beach, restaurants, gardens, old town and the port - all in walking distance. In 4 days, we got to see so much! The apartment is really well decorated and maintained, light and airy and on the 4th floor of a lovely authentic French building. Double room with ensuite with a 2nd bathroom and spacious mezzanine mean it can sleep a couple with room for kids or a group of friends. For us, it was perfect for a girly long weekend for 5! And we will definitely be going back.

This apartment has a good location near the beach and Promenade, bus stops etc. Opposite bakery and supermarket very handy plus restaurants. Stayed with 3 friends and was ok but the loft room is better suited for children as the ceiling is quite low. Handy having two bathrooms, small balcony with stools provided so you can sit out. There's no lift and 88 steps up but keeps you fit.

Close to everything. Awesome bakery opposite - Best pharmacy I've EVER been to in my life within a five-minute walk. Light and airy apartment Great little balcony to sit on and drink coffee and have a good rosé. The bedroom has the most magnificent chandelier I've seen (outside a stately home). Three-minute walk to the beautiful blue ocean. And you can eat and drink whatever you like because the 4 flights of steps give you daily exercise. Apartment I LIKE YOU!

Lovely apartment on Boulevard Jean Jaures in the old town. Perfect for two with plenty of space and the services you would expect. The included meet and greet at the airport is a nice touch too. This is a great location ideally suited for exploring the old town, wandering to the port, or down the Promenade du Paillon to the Promenade des Anglais. The bus back to the airport stops very near by. This is the nicer end of the old town. There are two bakers within a stone's throw selling beautiful bread and pastries. The Monoprix supermarket is just up the street with an excellent selection of wine and cheese. The balcony gets the sun in the afternoon and evening. It's not massive but there's room for two. It overlooks a road and then the park, so, not the best view in the world but certainly not the worst and we enjoyed sitting there and watching the world go by. There's a bit of noise from the bells of the trams as they pass but not a problem. I would be happy to stay here again. We loved the apartment and the location and the company were good to deal with. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at "BO" in Nice. The location is perfect, the apartment is so bright and has a great view of the park area right in front. Sunlight Properties was very helpful, they sent a car to pick us up at the airport and explained the apartment thoroughly.

This great apartment is perfectly located for visiting Nice and the wider local area. The old town area is on the doorstep with all its charm, shopping and eateries. All other Nice highlights are easily accessible and close by - beaches, shopping areas, old town, markets and museums. A tram stop is close by with a very regular service to the train station taking approximately 5 minutes. From there Antibes, Monaco and numerous other local resorts are easily accessible for day trips. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by and the small balcony offers great views of street life and the park opposite. The apartment is very clean, well presented, well equipped and we are more that happy to recommend it to future guests. The airport transfer and introduction to the apartment went smoothly and Maria was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that there is no lift to this 3rd floor apartment. Overall, we had a great time in Nice thanks largely to this choice of apartment - it's all about location and this apartment certainly has that right.

Dear Sunlight Properties, We returned from our Holiday in Nice last weekend where we stayed in your apartment Bo. When searching for a holiday apartment in Nice, your apartment really stood out as a modern, well presented and well located option. When I begun my enquires with you everyone was extremely helpful from the very start, and I would like to thank you for making the process so easy. When we arrived in Nice the airport transfer was so simple and really started our holiday off well. The lady that met us was chatty, friendly and informative and phoned ahead to let Maria know we were arriving. Maria was so very friendly and helpful to us and we immediately felt at home. The apartment was just as beautiful as the photos. The rooms were of great size, the kitchen had everything we needed and the extra touches of toiletries, cleaning products and towels was a really lovely extra and something you don't often expect from an apartment booking. If that wasn't all enough, the location absolutely made our holiday and when reflected over our 9 days in Nice our first comment was that the location of the apartment had been the highlight for us. We could walk everywhere we needed to, the view was lovely and the gardens right on our doorstep were so lovely. Thank you so much Sunlight Properties and Maria for giving us a holiday to remember.
