The balcony is spectacular and the apartment is comfortable. We enjoyed our time in Nice. As noted by other reviewers, there is no AC in the second bedroom. This was not a problem for us because we don’t mind the heat. We gave the other bedroom to the friends travelling with us because they needed AC. We kept the door to the bedroom open and the fan on in the doorway at all times. We really enjoyed the location. The location has less tourists than Old Nice and there are less people on the beach than in some areas. Old Nice is a 30 minute walk or a quick ride on the bus or tram with a transit pass. The stops are right outside the door. The parking garage is tight and I would not recommend bringing a vehicle. If you plan to use the parking, bring a tiny vehicle.

This stylish penthouse had all the modern conveniences in a great location with a spectacular view from the spacious private terrace. Just cross the street for a dip at the beautiful beach. There is a grocery store right outside and other handy shops on the block. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. Walk along the promenade or take a tram 10 mins from the stop at the back door of the building to pop over to the beautiful ‘old town’. We hope to come back some day…

We had a fantastic stay here. One of the highlights was that it was amazing to be able to wake up and enjoy the sunrise from the terrace as we ate our breakfast. We ventured out a fair bit to Nice and the surrounding areas. There is a tram stop not far from the building which makes for easy access to and from the airport as well as the train station. The town centre is accessible by foot. We enjoyed eating out on the terrace when we got back in the evenings. We found the local Carrefour to be really useful but we also used one more central to Nice when we wanted more variety. We found the property to be really well equipped with everything needed and the layout is great. It felt modern and comfortable like a home away from home. We were really able to relax here and let go of the thoughts of our busy lives at home.

My husband and I had a 5 star stay in this beautiful apartment. Daniella was a fantastic host and the apartment is exactly as it is represented in the listing and as described in reviews. Thanks to the person who included the info about the small parking place. As a result, we rented a Fiat 500 and had no trouble at all. Additionally, there is a tram that runs directly behind the apartment from the airport to the old town. It is very user friendly, inexpensive and convenient. The view and location are superb and we had everything we needed for our week-long stay. We recommend this place and will definitely book again.

The apartment was incredible - clean, spacious and right next to the tramway stop and the Promenade des Anglais. Our host was also able to let us check-in earlier, which was very much appreciated after a long flight. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will come back!

This is a fantastic and well equipped apartment with beautiful views. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival, very modern, lots of homely touches and contained everything you might need. Beds were really comfortable. Daniella was so helpful when we had any questions - there were a few as things had changed since the info in the accommodation was written (like the lift codes) There is a shop just around the corner and tram station too which you can use easily to travel across Nice (as well as to the airport as a taxi is €30 and tram €1.50 per person). We had the most amazing time and were actually quite sad to leave. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

My partner and I have spent 5 days here in late March . If you’re looking for the sunrise equivalent of the Santorini sunset, then this is it. The decoration, furniture and modern appliances look brand new. Allocated parking space in the private garage is a huge plus for daytrips in the area. I have a feeling that we will be back!

Notre séjour de 26 jours à ce très beau penthouse nous a beaucoup plu. L'appartement rénové est de qualité et décoré avec soin. La vue sur la baie des Anges et la Promenade des Anglais est splendide et agréable à toute heure du jour, avec en prime le bruit des vagues qui nous berce la nuit. Précisons qu'au 7e étage, le bruit de la route ne nous a pas incommodé. La location directement sur la Promenade est pratique d'une part et le tramway (de l'autre côté) est tout près, ce qui est pratique notamment pour se rendre aisément à l'aéroport. L'endroit est à grande distance de marche du Vieux Nice mais accessible pour qui aime marcher, ce qui était notre cas. Précisons en terminant que les photos sur le site Airbnb reflètent tout à fait la qualité de cette location. We really enjoyed our 26 day stay at this beautiful penthouse. The renovated apartment is of high quality and decorated with care. The view of the Baie des Anges and the Promenade des Anglais is splendid and pleasant at all hours of the day, with the added bonus of the sound of the waves which rock us at night. Note that on the 7th floor, the noise of the road did not bother us. Renting directly on the Promenade is practical on the one hand and the tram (on the other side) is very close, which is particularly practical for getting to the airport easily. The place is within walking distance of Old Nice but accessible for those who like to walk, which we were. It should be noted in closing that the photos on the Airbnb site fully reflect the quality of this rental.

We stayed for 4 nights and were so impressed with the space and the amenities provided. The unit easily fits a families needs with room to spread out. The appliances were top notch and made for a luxurious stay. We couldn't get enough of the view outside from the patio. After a day of site seeing, we relaxed on the patio with a glass of wine. We'll definitely come back!

This property was AMAZING!! The view is incredible and it was awesome to wake up to it everyday. We were just as content staying at home and drinking a glass of wine on the balcony as we were sightseeing. The apartment was clean and in a great neighborhood and was only about a 20 min walk to Old Town. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and help us customize our stay (ie arranging breakfast for us). We loved our stay in Nice! Thank you so much!!

Très bel appartement bien équipé avec terrasse spacieuse pour profiter du climat très favorable de la cote d'azur! L'annonce est conforme à la réalité... Attention néanmoins au bruit généré pendant la période estivale à l'extérieur et dû aux rotations nombreuses des avions qui déversent leur flux de touristes (normal!). Et oui, c'est l'été! Un superbe séjour néanmoins, à recommander...Profitez! -- Very nice apartment well equipped with spacious terrace to take advantage of the very favorable climate of the French Riviera! The listing is true ... Be careful, however, of the noise generated during the summer period outside and due to the numerous rotations of the planes which drop off the flow of tourists (normal!). Yes, that''s summer! A superb stay nonetheless, to recommend ... Enjoy!

Appartement très confortable, hyper bien équipé. La terrasse est très grande et il fait bon d’y prendre l’apéro le midi (même le jour de noël!) car à l’abri du vent. Très bon accueil, bref , nous reviendrons certainement! Very comfortable apartment, super well-equipped. The terrace is very large and it's a pleasure to have an apéritif there (even on Christmas day!) because it's sheltered from the wind. Very nice welcome, in short - we will certainly come back!

This apartment is probably among the best you can find along the Promenade des Anglais. The best part is the private terrace facing the sea. Amazing view! The interior design is modern, and the quick one-street crossing to the beach is convenient. It’s at a moderate walking distance to touristy sites in the old part of the city, but also next to public transportation (and supermarket at the corner). If you use the parking spot, really get a small car, as suggested in the apartment’s description (parking is underground, and the building is old, so paths are narrow). Overall, a great option!

The view and the location are perfectly. It’s close enough to all the thing you can do in Nice and around. We stay here for the Monaco yacht show and in 30min you can be there. Will definitely book this again!

Best terrace ever! The view was better than from any restaurant in town. Just steps from a beach that doesn’t get so crowded, comparing with the ones in the center. The second room doesn’t have AC, so you use the one in the living room, which depending the day maybe is still a little hot. We will definitely come back.

The apartment was precise described. So, there was no surprise for us when we arrived. The setup of the apartment met our contemporary taste. We knew that the airport is not too far away and we would face maybe some noise, but it did not bother us at all. The bed of the second bedroom is smaller but it was okay for our girls 17 and 18 years old to share it for the stay. Be aware, there is not aircon available in the second bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. There was nothing missing. As well, we got a good bottle of wine as welcome gift. Which we appreciate as well were the samples in the bathroom like lotion, shower gel, etc. We did not know the brand and would probably buy now some products of the brand. To have parking available was a big plus, even if it was a little bit of a challenge to get there with our car an Audi A6. For a further stay we would consider the apartment again.

We stayed for five nights in early May in this awesome penthouse condo. Tons of privacy and an amazing view. The decor is so cute, quirky and stylish. And the communication around booking was a breeze. Based on location alone, I would highly recommend. The new tram stop is directly out the back entrance, and will take you to Old Nice or as far as the airport in the other direction. We used it for a quick ride to the train station to allow for easy day drips to Cannes, Eze, Monaco, etc. There is also a decent sized Carrefour across the back entrance for snacks, wine and other necessities. In all, a FANTASTIC stay. Can’t wait to come back again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in October. What a great apartment, clean, chic, wonderful big deck and a beautiful view. We walked a lot, biked using the veto bleu, and took the bus just outside the door. It was a perfect vacation and Daniela was very helpful with any questions we had.

The flat's location suited our needs perfectly, with crawling distance to the beach, 10-minute walk to the city centre of Nice and excellent communication to nearby towns. As the terrace overlooks the bay of Nice, it is a bit of a struggle to actually drag yourself out of the flat. I have to admit we preferred staying in more than expected thanks to the lovely view. Very helpful staff from the property agency as well as a lovely French lady on the ground floor of the building. The flat itself is airy with two big bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a luxurious bathroom. High standards even for us normally spoiled Swedes. I recommend this flat strongly and definitely going back at some point! Sam from Sweden

The views from the apartment are gorgeous. Huge deck for entertaining and a well equipped kitchen to go with. The bed was comfy and closets were nice for staying organized. Washer/dryer worked great. Be aware that the 2nd bedroom does not have its own AC unit and gets quite warm in summer, we weren't using it but I think it would not have been much fun to sleep in. AC in the main living space and larger bedroom were effective. The parking is definitely tight, but we managed it in an Alfa Romeo giulietta and were glad to have our own spot. There is a wonderful bakery nearby, right next to the Carrefour on the corner. I will be daydreaming of those croissants, and only 0.90€

We were looking for the wow factor and something a little bit special and we found it! Sunrise is exquisite from the attention to detail in the immaculately styled interior to the breathtaking views of the French Riviera from the large balcony space. The biggest problem we had was leaving the apartment to go out and explore the area, we could have easily spent our time relaxing watching the world go by and the magnificent sunsets. When we did venture out we found Nice and the neighbouring towns had so much to offer and is a wonderful location, Sunrise is perfectly placed to either walk to the old town or hop on a bike or bus. Thank you Sunrise we’ll see you again very soon!

This is a wonderful property and is across from the beach with a wonderful view of both the beach and the Mediterranean! The holiday rental apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished and the beds are quite comfortable. There is a grocery and a wonderful bakery close by and nice they have a Nespresso coffee machine to get my morning coffee with my Croissant. While on the huge terrace overlooking the beach. And Hanna who met us and gave us great support for our 7 days was wonderful as well. Highly recommended.
